1. Returns
- IF YOU ARE NOT ENTIRELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE THEN YOU CAN RETURN THE PURCHASE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION (FIT FOR RE-SALE) WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE OR 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER AT YOUR COST.
- We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
- In all cases, items that are being returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition shall not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your cost.
- Sale items and items purchased by you under Special discounts or promotions are non-refundable.
- When making a return you must ensure to include your original invoice when returning your order. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.
- If you wish to return your item we advise you to do so via recorded delivery. This will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.
- However, if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost/damaged order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.
- All refunds or claims shall be made only through the mode of payment received, within 30 to 45 days and subject to the issuing bank policies.
2. Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this moment in time. Please return your item to us following the process above and we will process a refund for you
3. Refunds
- Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the delivery charge of your order. However, if your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your postage costs. If you have kept any items on your order, we will not be able to refund your postage.
- We are unable to refund items returned to us that have exceeded 14 days of purchase date, have been returned in a non-resale condition, or a sale items. There may be an additional charge to send these item(s) back to you.
- For all goods that are returned excluding those which are damaged, faulty, or wrongly dispatched, we will be administering a re-stocking fee of 10% of the item subject to a minimum of AED 20, this applies to only those items returned to us for any reason.
- Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. Any products returned after 14 days of the purchase date or 7 days from the delivery date that are not faulty will not be eligible for a refund of the delivery charge.
- We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
